Dolphins Waterfront Bar & Grill at Cape Crossing is the largest tiki bar and restaurant on Florida’s Space Coast. The beach, shops, restaurant, and bars are a short drive away and Orlando is less than 40 minutes away. This apartment is right off the SR3 and SR528 intersection. Guests must follow all local, state, and federal laws at all times and be respectful of neighbors; quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. There should be no illegal activity, unauthorized commercial use of the property, or sub-leasing. Do not exceed the maximum occupancy without written approval. The stay is limited to the confirmed reservation dates only. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM; early check-in or late check-out requires approval and may incur fees. The primary renter must be 18+ and provide a valid government photo ID matching the payment method. Unauthorized events, parties, or disruptive noise may result in immediate removal without refund.
