On-site parking is available for small cars or SUVs for a small additional fee. A parking garage is also available one block away. For long-term stays of 30 days or more, guests are required to pay for monthly cleanings. Guests are also responsible for removing garbage from the home during their stay and will pay any related city fines. Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis with a fee of $50 per pet for 1-6 nights, $100 per pet for 7-21 nights, and a maximum of $175 per pet per month for longer stays. Check-in is any time after 4 PM and check-out is by 10 AM. Exterior doorbell cameras are installed outside each apartment unit, monitoring the building’s interior hallways. No interior cameras are present. There is a no-smoking, no-parties, and no-events policy. Smoking of any kind will result in a $1000 charge and a $500 ozone treatment. Unauthorized late check-out will incur an additional $75 every 30 minutes after the standard check-out time. Lost keys, key fobs, or parking access swipe cards will result in a $300 charge. Lost parking pass tags will result in a $200 charge. Failure to send a photo of associated parking passes, keys, key fobs, garage remotes, or swipe cards will result in a $100 charge.
