Each bedroom has been carefully furnished with plush mattresses and convenient nightstands. Free parking is available to guests in the double garage, on the neighborhood streets, and on the driveway. A laundry room has a washer and dryer available for your use. House-trained pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). Nearby attractions include Old Alton Bridge, Corinth Community Park, and Lake Lewisville. For those interested in exploring Dallas, some noteworthy attractions include the ICR Discovery Center for Science & Earth History, Mandalay Canal Walk at Las Colinas, Six Flags Over Texas, and AT&T Stadium. Smoking of any type is not allowed, and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. The fireplace is gas operated and should only be used by those familiar with its proper use, and should not be left unattended. There is a noise alert device installed in the home to comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties.
