The spacious living area invites the whole family to gather and unwind after a day at the parks. The full kitchen is equipped with stainless-steel appliances, coffee and tea supplies, and all the essentials needed to prepare simple meals. A free washer and dryer are available for convenient laundry. As a guest, you gain access to the community amenity center and clubhouse, featuring a pool with a slide, lazy river, indoor playground, gym, restaurant, bar, and ice-cream shop. A mandatory resort fee of $22.40 per day, including tax, covers up to ten wrist bands for amenity access. The fee applies whether the amenities are used or not. Situated in Davenport, this home is a short drive to Disney World and other major Orlando attractions, just off I-4 and I-192. The Orlando International Airport is about 40 minutes away. Regal Palms Resort Orlando offers a quiet retreat where you can spread out and enjoy spacious accommodations. It is situated next to the Highlands Reserve Golf Club. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. A maximum of 2 additional guests are allowed at the property during daytime hours. The number of cars on the property should never exceed 2. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Follow additional guidelines posted within the suite. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. The check-out time is 10 AM. In sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural and very common occurrence. The property is professionally sprayed for bugs and mosquitoes, and bug spray is available. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Each bathroom will have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room, enough detergent pods are provided for up to two loads. In the kitchen, there is a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge. There is a coffee maker, but coffee is not provided. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let the host know immediately upon check-in so they can arrange restocking. By booking this reservation, guests agree and acknowledge that Regal Palms Resort will have occasional areas of ongoing construction. Though most areas leading up to the property are cleared, please be mindful of any construction vehicles and debris.
