The kitchen is well-equipped with stainless steel appliances and plenty of cabinet space, making it easy to prepare everything from family meals to beach-day snacks. This apartment offers two comfortable bedrooms and a convenient Jack-and-Jill style bathroom. Outside, enjoy a fully fenced yard which is ideal for your furry friends (with host approval) and fire up the charcoal grill for relaxed evenings. We highly recommend renting one of our 4-seater golf carts for $65/day or 6-seater golf carts for $75/day for your stay. We provide the gas for the rental and there is an on board sound bar so you can play all your favorite tunes while cruising. This feature can be added on through your guest portal after booking. One dog of under 35 lbs is permitted and there is a $150 pet cleaning fee. Located just 4 blocks from the public beach access off Seabreeze Drive in Garden City Beach, you will be close to shopping with grocery stores, coffee shops, delicious restaurants, and a surf shop. Quiet hours are between 11 PM and 7 AM. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book. Check-in time is at 4:00pm and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
