Early check-in at 2PM or 12PM and late check-out at 12PM are available, subject to approval, for a fee of $25 or $50, respectively. A $100 fee applies for a missing keyfob. Enjoy the convenience of being within walking distance of Whole Foods Market and True Food Kitchen, and a short drive from many beaches, including Ben T Davis Beach, Davis Islands Beach, and Picnic Island. The apartment is also close to attractions such as Glazer Children’s Museum, Tampa Theatre, and Tampa Museum of Art. Minut Noise Detectors are located in the apartment and monitor noise levels. Surveillance cameras monitor common areas (not inside the apartment). Pets must weigh less than 35 lbs and must be housetrained and not left alone in the apartment. Pitbulls are not allowed. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed; violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is from 10 PM–7 AM on weekdays and 10 PM–8 AM on weekends; penalties for violation include a complimentary warning for the first offense, a $100 fine for the second, and immediate eviction with no refund for the third. This is a residential building; staff is for tenants, not short-term guests. For questions or concerns, contact the host directly; only approach building staff/security in case of an emergency. No entry for unregistered guests or those not on the reservation is allowed. Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation.
