I would definitely recommend this apartment! I've been here for a couple years and I can't recommend this place enough. It's safe, clean, comfortable and private. You're close to everything yet tucked away enough where you have your own privacy away from the hustle and bustle. I love it! The landscape is always maintained, the buildings are always clean, the neighbors are friendly, it's quiet, and the front office staff is always nice and welcoming.

I am sorry to read that someone didn't have a good experience here because this place it's awesome and the apartments and managment are great. We have been here for about three years and plan to stay for as long as we can. We have never had any issues with the leasing office and if any issues come up with the apartment itself it gets taken care of immediately . I know most of my neighbors here and we all have been leasing here for years. The leasing office staff is always willing to help, they ...
are very friendly, professional and happy to talk to us and assist with whatever the issue is or just to say hello. The event parties are always a great success the attendance is huge the proof is in the pictures on their Facebook . This complex has made it its mission to make everyone here feel at home.
I have referred people and will continue to refer anyone who wants to live here and share the same experience as us.

This place was an absolute nightmare to rent from. Hot water in my bathroom didn't work properly the entire time I was there. I had them send someone to fix multiple times, to no avail. Dog park was always swampy and mosquito infested. The neighbors were constantly smoking weed and it reeked throughout the entire building. I gave 30 days notice on my move-out and apparently the lease said 2 months (outrageously far in advance) and they were really difficult to deal with. Refused to let me move ...
out when I was planning (when my lease was up) and said I was automatically renewed. Every other place I have lived in Tampa made sincere efforts to work with their tenets, but not this place. Then charged a ridiculous amount for innocuous charges when I left, upwards of $1000. Promised several amenities that were never delivered (24 hour gym was changed to 9am-8pm, a swimming pool that was never built, etc.). In addition there were tons of structural problems and issues...WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
