House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction, with violators charged a $500 fine. The property is non-smoking, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. Pets are not allowed, and violation of the pet policy may result in a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm to 8am. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation. Local resident restrictions apply, and guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking.
