Don't forget the large deck out back for those mornings you want to enjoy your coffee or for happy hour after beach time! Linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths are provided. The kitchen is equipped with essential supplies like a roll of paper towels, hand soaps, and 2 dishwasher and 2 laundry pods, and the bathrooms are stocked with two rolls of toilet paper each. You will find 3 grocery stores within 10 minutes of the location, as well as several fantastic local restaurants and the Murrells Inlet Marsh walk within 10 minutes or less. Garden City Beach is known for being family-friendly with a laid-back pace of life. Just 20 minutes south of Myrtle Beach International Airport, you can easily get anywhere on the South Strand in about 10 minutes, and the beach is less than 5 minutes away by golf cart and even closer by car. Check-in time is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The maximum occupancy for this property is 6 people, including infants and children. Quiet hours are between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. One dog of up to 50 lbs is permitted, but the breed must be pre-approved. The "A" unit of the duplex can be rented with the "B" unit to create the perfect getaway for the whole family! With each side providing privacy when needed and the backyard allowing the whole family to come together, it can comfortably accommodate up to 10 total guests if both sides of the duplex are reserved.
