The resort offers a year-round heated pool and a private fishing dock, along with free parking and Wi-Fi for your convenience. Laundry facilities are available on-site, and the unique tropical courtyard adds to the charm. The studio suite is designed for comfort and convenience, featuring a full bed that can be adjusted to create more space, a comfy sofa, and a SMART TV for entertainment. The full kitchen includes a stove, though it does not have a dishwasher, and is equipped with kitchen supplies, toiletries, linens, and towels. The full bathroom offers a walk-in shower, and a drip coffee maker with coffee is provided for your enjoyment. Free parking is included with your stay, and Wi-Fi is provided at no additional cost. The resort fee usually covers the cost of providing certain amenities to guests, such as the pool or fitness center, Wi-Fi, toiletries, and other property maintenance costs. Nestled in a beautiful beach-side neighborhood, the Coral Resort is just two blocks from the sandy beach and right on the water, offering uninterrupted views of dolphins and boats. The area is highly walkable, with plenty of bars, restaurants, cafes, and shops right outside the door, making it an ideal location for exploring Clearwater Beach. The bottom units, including the downstairs doors and bathroom, are currently under construction and will not be accessible during your stay. Expect some noise during daytime hours on weekdays, continuing until September 30, 2025. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Check-in is at 4 PM EST and checkout is at 10 AM EST, with fees applicable for unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins. No parties are allowed at any time, and smoking or vaping is prohibited inside the rental, with a $250 penalty for violations. The balcony is shared and standing-room only, so please exercise caution. In case of a lockout, a fee will be charged for assistance. The pool is managed by the resort, so any issues should be reported to both the resort and us. Pests may be present due to the heat, and while we treat for pests regularly, refunds are not offered for sightings. Guests are required to log in and out of their own accounts for streaming services on the SMART TV. The thermostat should be set to 'AUTO' mode and not lower than 71°F to prevent system issues. A digital rental agreement must be signed prior to arrival, and a legal ID and verification photo are required. The booking guest must be at least 25 years old to check-in, and any unauthorized weapons will result in immediate removal and a penalty. Wi-Fi is available for remote work-friendly accommodations, though a laptop computer is not included. The resort fee is a damage waiver that covers up to $500 in damages during your stay, excluding linens, towels, and small decorative items. Guests may still be liable for damages beyond $500 or those not covered by the waiver.
