The building is undergoing façade repairs throughout the year, which may result in blocked views, balcony closures, and limited pool access. Cellophane/protective covering may be placed on windows, significantly limiting visibility and natural views. Construction workers may be visible on the exterior during daytime hours, and noise may occur between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. The building pool is only open on Saturdays and Sundays, with no pool access Monday–Friday, including holidays. Balconies are closed and cannot be used, and balcony furniture is not permitted. The building may issue fines of up to $3,000 if furniture is placed on balconies. This unit is being offered at a discounted rate to reflect these temporary conditions.
