While this work is outside of the property and beyond control, any inconvenience is truly apologized for. The maximum number of guests is 4 and is non-negotiable due to fire code. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. You must be 21 years or older to rent this property and be present for the entirety of the reservation. Street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the premises, whether indoors or outdoors. Fireworks are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Additional charges, including shipping fees, may apply if personal items are left behind. The hot water tanks are shared between units so prolonged usage could affect temperatures. The thermostat should not be set above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible.
