Pets are welcome with prior written approval only. To request approval, please provide the type, size, weight, breed, and number of pets. Pet fees are $50 per pet for 1–6 nights, $100 per pet for 7–21 nights, and $175 per pet for 21+ nights/monthly. Undisclosed pets will incur a $500 fine. Smoking or open flames are strictly prohibited and will result in a $1,000 violation fee, a $500 ozone treatment, and cleaning costs. No parties or events are allowed. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Check-in is after 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Unauthorized guests or pets will incur a fee of $50 per person/pet per night.
