Pets are welcome with an extra one-time fee per pet per stay, with specific fees for different lengths of stay: $100/pet for 1-2 nights, $150/pet for 3-6 nights, $250/month/pet for 7-29 nights, and $300/month/pet for 30+ nights. Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM from Monday to Saturday and 5:00 PM on Sundays. Standard check-out time is 10:00 AM. Guests checking out beyond 12:00 PM will be subject to a penalty of $300.00 and immediate expulsion. Visitors are generally not allowed without prior notification.
