The property is equipped with a Minut Smart Home Sensor that monitors noise levels, temperature, humidity, and motion near the entry. Guests must be 18 years of age or older to book. Shoes should be removed inside the home. Guests are responsible for child-proofing the unit. Any damage to furnishings or fixtures must be reported within one hour of occupancy.
