This tranquil escape offers a serene environment with waterways and lush greenery. This condo features a king bed, two twin beds, and a full-size sofa bed, along with two full bathrooms. Enjoy casual indoor dining for 6, and outdoor meals on the screened lanai or at the grilling gazebo. The screened lanai is easily accessed from the family room and the second bedroom. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the unit for your use. Parking is available and abundant throughout the resort, including right outside the unit and a garage. Enjoy the heated swimming pool, and the island gazebo with barbecue grills for guest use. On-property dining is available at Hogfish Harry's Restaurant & Bar, with takeout also available. A staff member is available at the front desk from 7 am to 11 pm, as well as a 24/7 call center, reservations manager, and guest services manager. Centrally located yet secluded, this resort is a short drive to 9 miles of beaches, including Horizon Way (1.8 miles) and Seagate/North Gulfshore Beach (2.0 miles). Downtown Naples is approximately a 12-minute drive (4.4 miles) away. Venetian Village, with its waterside shopping and dining, is 1.2 miles away, and Waterside Shops, a luxury shopping mall, is just a few miles away. Enjoy nightlife or a movie at The Mercato (3.9 miles) or the Pavilion (3.7 miles). Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not permitted.
