There is a strict no-smoking and no-parties policy. Tampering with smoke/noise detectors will result in a $150 fine. No pets are allowed, with a $200 fine for violations, unless they are a service animal. If the key is not returned or is damaged, there will be a $35 fee for a new key. A $250 fine will be issued for parties, trashing the space, damaging the unit, disrespecting the property, or having a gathering with extra guests not reported in the initial booking. An additional cleaning fee of $100 may be charged if the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout. Each stay is allowed 2 bags of trash inside the unit; any additional bags will incur a $25 charge per bag. Trash day is Tuesday morning; please take the trashcan out Monday evening. For stays of 7 days or more, guests are responsible for moving the trash can to the front for trash day.
