Located in the heart of Old Town Alexandria, Virginia, this house is close to DC (10-minute drive) and DCA (5-minute drive). Alexandria is known for its brick sidewalks and well-preserved 18th- and 19th-century buildings. King Street is lined with boutiques and specialty shops. There is a security camera facing the entrance that is turned on 24/7 (no audio) and records people coming in/out of the listing. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds.
