Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund. No cats allowed. Keep noise to a minimum when outside, as decibel readers are used to monitor levels. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM, and excessive noise may result in a $500 fine due to past neighbor complaints. No smoking inside the house, with a $500 fine for violations, though smoking outside is allowed. Underage drinking, drug use, parties, large gatherings, and unauthorized guests are strictly prohibited. Violating house rules or those of the OTA community will require vacating the property immediately without a refund for unused nights. If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed, with reimbursement available upon receipt submission. For charcoal grills, guests should bring their own charcoal. Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the home clean, as the asphalt driveway can track in dirt.
