Additional fees may apply if a week's notice is not given. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, being considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time.
