The gated neighborhood provides a recreation-rich environment surrounded by golf courses. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or anywhere on the property. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed two per reservation. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time.
