A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $500 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear. Nestled in a desirable part of Kissimmee in the Windsor at Westside community, this home is within easy reach of the region’s top attractions. Disney World is a 20- to 25-minute drive, SeaWorld is about 30 minutes away, and Universal Studios is roughly 35 minutes away. The property is just a couple of minutes walking distance to the clubhouse, and in the immediate area outside the resort, you will find ample shopping, dining, and entertainment. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Please keep the temperature at or above 70°F. If set lower, the A/C unit will freeze and give up, and you may incur a fine of up to $500. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed two per reservation. Up to two cars may park in the driveway. Check-out time is 10 AM.
