Feel at home with free access to the community water park and clubhouse. This house offers 8 spacious bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, along with 2 large living areas. The large kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, and there are spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas. Enjoy the private pool and outdoor pool loungers, as well as free access to the community water park and amenity center/clubhouse. Parking can accommodate up to two vehicles in the driveway. The garage has been converted into a game room, so indoor parking is not available. We welcome furry friends, with a written notification and approval required. A pet fee and a $150 security deposit are required. Propane for grills is usually provided by guests, with a tank available for refill. Located in the ultimate family resort near Disney and other world-class attractions, Windsor at Westside offers first-class amenities. The property is just a short walk to the clubhouse, which includes a resort-style pool, lazy river, water slides, and more. The area offers ample shopping, dining, and entertainment options, with Disney World just ten miles away. Self check-in and check-out are available. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is self-catering, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets, and a fine of up to $500 may be imposed for setting the temperature below 70°F. No smoking, drugs, or fireworks are allowed on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund if rules are violated. A remote work-friendly environment is available with Wi-Fi access throughout the house.
