This space is designed for easy gathering, with room for everyone to settle in after days exploring the theme parks. It features two large living areas, air conditioning, heating, towels, bed linens, and a washer and dryer. The large full kitchen comes equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Guests also have access to a private pool, patio, outdoor pool loungers, and a BBQ grill. Guests have access to resort amenities, including a water park, lazy river, and clubhouse. An EV charger and free parking are available. Pets are welcome with a fee and a $150 security deposit. Located in Four Corners within the Windsor at Westside community, the villa places you close to some of Orlando’s most visited destinations. Disney World is about 20-25 minutes away, SeaWorld is roughly 30 minutes, and Universal Studios about 35 minutes. The neighborhood includes shopping, dining, and entertainment, with major roads like state road 192, US 27, and I-4 nearby. Windsor at Westside Resort includes a huge resort-style pool, a lazy river, water slides, a separate splash pool, a hot tub, volleyball court, basketball court, BBQ and picnic area, and a huge clubhouse with arcades, bar and lounge. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 2 per reservation. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
