Located in the desirable Windsor at Westside community, this ultimate family resort is near Disney and other world-class attractions. The property is a couple minutes' walk from the clubhouse. Windsor at Westside Resort includes a huge resort-style pool, a lazy river, water slides, a separate splash pool, a hot tub, volleyball court, basketball court, BBQ and picnic area, and a huge clubhouse with arcades, bar and lounge, and more. In the immediate area outside the resort, you will find ample shopping, dining, and entertainment. Located off state road 192 and US 27, and near I-4, it's just ten miles from Disney World, Animal Kingdom, and Orlando’s world-famous attractions. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Please keep the temperature at or above 70°F. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed two per reservation. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. [SI]
