Each of the two bedrooms includes a full-size bed, desk, dresser, and closet, along with a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. A washer and dryer are included in the unit, and there is a balcony or deck with outdoor seating. Free on-site parking is available, with two parking passes provided inside the unit. Enjoy convenient access to USC, Allen University, and Benedict College with the provided shuttle service. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. A warning will be issued for noise complaints; a second complaint may result in removal from the property without refund. A minimum fee of $250 may be charged if any house rules are broken, including but not limited to unauthorized parties, smoking, unapproved pets, tampering with devices, or exceeding occupancy limits. Serious or repeat violations may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund.
