Dogs are welcome with specific rules: up to two dogs under 50lbs are allowed, they must be leashed outside, and guests must clean up after them using the provided dog bag station. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds and should be crated if left alone. There are designated potty areas, and guests should ensure their dogs do not cause excessive noise. Located just five blocks from downtown Franklin, this home offers easy access to quaint shops, coffee houses, restaurants, and bars. It's only twenty miles south of downtown Nashville, making it convenient for exploring the city's attractions. Enjoy live music from the nearby Bunganut Pig pub from the front porch. This property is not to be used as a party house for locals. Early check-ins or late check-outs must be pre-arranged, and any non pre-arranged late check-outs will result in a penalty.
