This is a pet-friendly home; pets must be crated when left unattended, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. A non-refundable pet fee applies, and additional cleaning charges will be incurred for evidence of pet hair on furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home. It is situated in a quiet residential area with easy access to major highways, interstates, and shopping centers. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 7 AM. Smoking is prohibited in or around the home, with an automatic $500 damage charge for any signs of smoking or cigarette butts found outside. Smoking marijuana in or around the home will incur a $500 fee and may result in details being turned over to authorities. Parties and events are prohibited unless approved in advance. Noise may be monitored with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests are responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings. An excessive amount of trash left at the property will incur a $100 charge for third-party trash removal. Guests are asked to treat all towels and linens with care; replacement fees will be charged for stained or damaged items beyond repair.
