Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed, and violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is from 10 PM–7 AM on weekdays and 10 PM–8 AM on weekends, with penalties for violations including a warning, a $100 fine, or immediate eviction. A smart phone is required for the entire trip for building access via a smart phone application. Guests are required to complete an online check-in form through the guest portal, providing personal information, a valid government-issued ID, and a selfie for verification.
