Pets are welcome with a fee structure: for short stays, $25 per pet per night; for 8–28 nights, a flat $200 fee per pet; and for 29+ nights, a flat $300 fee per pet. An unregistered pet fee of $100 per pet or a variation up to $200 may apply. This apartment is centrally located in the middle of Ybor's lively nightlife and historic charm, just steps away from the best bars, restaurants, and entertainment spots. With Tampa's free trolley just outside, you’re minutes from downtown, the Cruise Terminal, Channelside, Water Street, Amalie Arena, and Dale Mabry Stadium. Walk to Ybor’s famous dining spots or hop on the trolley for a quick trip to explore everything in Tampa. The area gets lively on weekends with bars and music, and on some days, music can be heard from the street inside the apartment lightly, even as late as 2 AM, with vibrations that can be felt. Minut Noise Detectors are located in the apartment to monitor noise levels, and surveillance cameras monitor common areas. As part of the screening and reservation confirmation process, the primary reservation holder is required to complete an online check-in form through our guest portal, providing personal information, a valid government-issued ID, and a selfie for verification. Your reservation will be confirmed once the check-in form has been submitted and verified. Keyless entry provides an easy, hassle-free check-in. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to host approval and availability of cleaners, with fees of $25 for 2 PM or $50 for 12 PM early check-in, and $25 for 12 PM late check-out.
