A laundry room with a washer and dryer is available for your use. We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). No parties or events are allowed. Pet arrangements should be discussed in advance and only house-trained pets are allowed. Pet cleaning fees apply. The property includes a noise alert device to monitor decibel levels and ensure compliance with local noise ordinances. Self-check-in is available with detailed instructions provided one day before arrival. Early check-in and late check-out options are available, subject to availability and may include a small additional fee. The property is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, making it remote work-friendly. A laptop computer is not included.
