September 20, 2018I'm not 110% sure I'll be leasing an apartment here however, I just wanted to add a review of what I think and know so far. The office staff and leasing agents are very compassionate and very nice I spent a little time on the phone with a woman from here today and I have to say I was literally having a very trying day!! It's nice to have people care about being helpful! She was very kind to me, I had to have her repeat her answers a few times because i just couldn't think straight today and she ...was so polite while doing so. She didn't get bothered or irritated with me at all!! I really appreciate you for taking time with me and all my questions! Sometimes just being nice and compassionate and helpful can change a person's day and also make someone feel alot betterbin many ways! Because she took the time with me, I want to take some time and write her an A review bc she sincerely deserves it!!;) I am happy with customer service here!!
