The apartment features a downstairs primary bedroom with a comfortable queen-size pillow-top mattress and an adjacent bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The spacious loft boasts vaulted ceilings, a queen bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a large walk-in closet. The living room also has vaulted ceilings and includes a full-size memory foam sleeper sofa. The fully equipped kitchen includes the latest Keurig coffee maker. Linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths are provided. The kitchen is equipped with essential supplies like a roll of paper towels, hand soaps, two dishwasher pods and two laundry pods, and the bathrooms are stocked with two rolls of toilet paper each. Beach and pool towels are not provided. Guests can enjoy the spacious pool deck in the back courtyard, complete with a hot tub. You can rent a gas-powered golf cart to get around during your stay if you don't plan on going super far, and there is access to get to amenities by golf cart during the day. Electric carts are not permitted, as there aren't charging stations. Uber will get you to the property for about $20-25. Golf Colony Deerfield is ideally situated in the heart of Surfside Beach, offering a tranquil and comfortable resort experience. It's just a short 1.5-mile drive from the beautiful Surfside Beach, allowing easy access to the ocean. Explore the South Strand, with most destinations reachable within a 15-minute drive. Myrtle Beach International Airport is just 15 minutes away. Quiet hours are between 11pm-7am as per Surfside Beach ordinance. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book. This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not allowed. The maximum occupancy for this property is 6 people, including infants and children. Check-in time is at 4:00pm and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
