The kitchen is fully equipped with standard appliances, including a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave, along with cooking essentials and a kitchen island with seating. The dedicated dining room features a dining table with seat settings for 6+ guests, decorative lighting, and a wall mirror. The living room offers comfortable seating, a large flat-screen TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi, all within an open concept layout for easy socializing. Free parking is available to all guests in the garage or on the driveway. If additional parking is needed, feel free to park on the neighborhood streets as well. The laundry room is fully equipped with a washer and dryer. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. Nearby attractions include the Perot Museum of Nature and Science, Dallas Arboretum Botanical Gardens, White Rock Lake Park, Children’s Aquarium Dallas at Fair Park, and Deep Ellum, all within a short drive. Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. No parties or events are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted on the property. A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels and ensure compliance with local noise ordinances. Pets should be discussed in advance, and only house-trained pets are allowed.
