Absolutely no parties are allowed, and violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is from 10 PM–7 AM on weekdays and 10 PM–8 AM on weekends, with penalties for violations including fines and potential eviction. Minut Noise Detectors are located in the apartment and monitor noise levels. Surveillance cameras monitor common areas. Guests are required to complete an online check-in form, providing personal information, a valid government-issued ID, and a selfie for verification. Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation. All dirty dishes and/or cookware must be loaded and the dishwasher started before checkout. Food waste must be dumped in the garbage, not the sink disposal.
