Roosevelt Row, or “RoRo”, is a very walkable arts district filled with impressive sculptures, colorful murals, and art exhibits. The Valley Metro Rail connects residents to the airport’s sky train, zoo, and Desert Botanical Garden. Transportation options available in Phoenix include Van Buren/1st Ave, located 0.3 miles from the apartment. It is near Phoenix Sky Harbor International, located 5.9 miles or 12 minutes away, and Phoenix–Mesa Gateway Airport, located 32.7 miles or 44 minutes away. All properties are smoke-free environments, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. Guests are required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID, confirm their contact information, and pass through a verification portal. In some instances, a criminal background check may be required. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests.
