The bedroom features a queen-size bed with a luxury foam mattress, pillows, linens, and sheets, along with shelf space and reading lamps. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to easily prepare your favorite meals, featuring an oven, stove, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker with coffee essentials, sink with hot and cold water, glasses, silverware, and pots and pans. The unit also includes a washer/dryer. The inviting full bathroom is completely private and stocked with all essential toiletries, including a bath with a shower, wash basin, mirror, toilet, towels, and essential toiletries. Pets are welcome during your stay for an additional fee. Early or late check-out is available upon request for a $20-25 hourly fee. A surcharge of $350.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for each unapproved guest. Lost keys and fobs are subject to a replacement fee of $150 for keys or fob and $200 for garage door opener if any. This apartment community is located in the charming Saint Anthony West neighborhood of Minneapolis, just a block away from BF Nelson Park and Nicollet Island. Enjoy the best of urban living and outdoor recreation, with easy access to bike trails through Boom Island Park, the lighthouse, and the Stone Arch Bridge. You can also catch a Twins game or hop on the metro transit, Hennepin Ave., or I-35 to explore other areas. Nearby attractions include downtown Minneapolis, downtown Saint Paul, Xcel Energy Center, Galleria Mall, Mall of America, Minneapolis–Saint Paul International Airport, Target Center and Target Field, Minnesota Zoo, University of Minnesota, Minnesota State University, Abbott Northwestern Hospital, M Health Fairview University of Minnesota Medical Center, Minneapolis Sculpture Garden, Minnehaha Falls, Walker Art Center, U.S. Bank Stadium, Minneapolis Convention Center, and The Armory. All adult guests need to pass a background check before arrival. A background check and government ID are required for check-in. If the background check fails, the building reserves the right to refuse entry. A $1000.00 fine will be charged for smoking on the property. Evidence of unregistered pets will result in a $500.00 fine. There is a $1000.00 surcharge for groups that are deceitful about the use of the unit. Check-in is flexible after 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Late checkouts incur a $100 fee for the first hour and a full day's charge thereafter. A $50.00/hour penalty is applied if guests fail to check out by 11am. Outdoor security cameras are present but not inside the property. The balcony is compact, offering just enough space to stand and enjoy the view. Guests are responsible for their own consumables after the initial supply. Please note that while a Smart TV is provided, streaming services are not pre-signed.
