Enjoy a private theater room, a game area with a pool table and arcade games, a heated pool, a private patio, loungers, a spacious living area, and a free washer and dryer. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. Located within Reunion Resort and Club, this villa grants access to world-class facilities, golf courses, and the convenience of being minutes from Disney’s magic. The resort’s vibrant atmosphere and well-maintained grounds enhance every stay. Out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides, and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 2 per reservation. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules.
