Nearby Interstate 4 provides quick access to the beaches near Tampa on the west coast, the space coast beaches near Cocoa and Melbourne, or the many attractions of Metro Orlando, including Universal Studios, Sea World, and Science Museum. Pets are not permitted, and if discovered, there is an automatic charge of $450 for cleaning, and guests will be asked to leave without a refund. Firearms are prohibited, and any illegal activities will result in eviction without a refund. Guests must adhere to all community and Homeowner Association rules, including parking regulations and noise restrictions. Trash must be placed in designated carts, and failure to comply will incur a $100 charge.
