Venture a little further to find yourself in the center of Downtown Fayetteville, where you can enjoy the entertainment district, historic square, and numerous shops and eateries. At home, enjoy luxury amenities for up to 8 guests. Step inside to find an open concept living room, kitchen, and dining space that creates the perfect setting for memorable gatherings. The living room features a large Smart TV with all your favorite streaming channels, plush seating, and large windows overlooking the wooded backyard. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need to prepare a meal or just a good cup of coffee. Outside, enjoy the fresh air or dine al fresco on the patio in the large, peaceful backyard. When it's time to retire for the night, choose from one of three private bedrooms: the primary bedroom upstairs with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom downstairs with a king-size bed, and the third bedroom downstairs with two queen-size beds. The living room couch also converts into a queen-sized bed. This property welcomes dogs, with a maximum of 3, for a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats will incur a fine of $400. Fayetteville, home to the University of Arkansas, offers amazing local restaurants, shops, and popular bike trails. Whether visiting the University or exploring local eateries, there's something for everyone. The apartment is conveniently located near the college campus with access to public transit, bike trails, and ride-sharing options. The fireplace shown in the photos is for decorative purposes only and is not operational. The fire pit is also not operational. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking indoors will result in a $1,000 fine plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
