This intimate space features 5 spacious bedrooms with fun and unique designs, 3 modern bathrooms, and a billiard lounge/sun-room. Enjoy a private saltwater pool with an option to add heat, a beautiful chef's kitchen with modern appliances, and indoor and outdoor dining areas. The huge backyard is a game paradise with bowling, a fire pit, outdoor pool loungers, games, a putting green, and a private multi-sports court. The Fun Room includes arcades, a Foosball table, and bunk beds with a slide for kids' enjoyment. Parking can accommodate up to 4 vehicles in the driveway parked side by side. Pool heating is available for $50 per day of stay, with a week's notice required. We welcome one house-trained dog with a pet fee and a possible security deposit of up to $150. Additional fees may apply if a week's notice is not given for pool heating. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, this home offers wide sidewalks ideal for running and walking. It is only 19 km from John's Pass, 19 km from Johns Pass Village and Boardwalk, and 24 km from Chihuly Collection. Tropicana Field and St. Pete Pier are both 25 km away. The nearest airport, St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport, is just 7 km from the property. However, the property is right on a busy street and can be noisy at times. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. There is a camera on the driveway and side yard for security. The property is not baby-proofed, and no third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. Shoes should be wiped at the door, and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors. Respect the neighborhood by keeping noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. No smoking, drugs, fireworks, or firearms are allowed on the property. Violations of these rules may result in termination of the reservation without refund and/or monetary fines.
