A damage protection option is required for all reservations, processed through a third-party system prior to arrival. For 1-night reservations, a $500 refundable security deposit is required. For reservations of 2 nights or more, guests can choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100). Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is self-catering, with starter supplies provided for bathrooms, laundry, and the kitchen. A camera monitors the driveway and side yard for access from the gate. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property unless kept locked in a vehicle.
