The saltwater pool is a shared amenity and undergoes routine maintenance; it may occasionally be closed for cleaning. Guests are required to register their vehicles the day of check-in to avoid being towed. For same-day bookings made after 4 PM, please send required information 2–3 hours before arrival. Early check-ins are not guaranteed and are at the host's discretion. Late checkouts must be approved by the management team; staying past the 10 AM check-out time without approval will result in a charge for the next night's stay. Mail/packages are not allowed to be delivered to this location. Do not enter the leasing office or talk to property management staff; all communication must be through the platform.
