Located across the street from campus and near Postoak Mall, Century Square, Napa Flats, Atami, and the nightlife of Northgate, you’ll be in the center of all the action. This spacious and stylish home features 5 bedrooms and 5.5 baths, and it sleeps up to 18 guests. This home is entertainment ready with an open concept living, dining, and kitchen area featuring an 86” TV. The oversized island and fully stocked kitchen are perfect for group gatherings. Enjoy the backyard with games and seating, a porch TV for game day, and a large grill for cookouts. Parking is allowed only in respective areas on the property, and towing is enforced for illegally parked cars. This centrally located home is steps away from Texas A&M Campus and a short drive from the George W. Bush Presidential Library & Museum and the MSC Opas Theater. It's also near dining, shopping, and nightlife. The property may have one or more actively recording cameras overlooking the entrance, driveway, and backyard areas, which record audio and video. All devices are on the exterior of the property. Smoking is not allowed in or on the property, and if there is any evidence of smoking, $400 will be retained to deodorize the home. Do not turn the thermostat below 69 during the summer, as the unit could freeze, and you will be charged the cost to repair the heating/cooling system. When leaving in the summer season, turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees. When leaving in the winter season, turn the thermostat down to 60 degrees. People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight in the property. If unauthorized guests have stayed, a fee of $300 will be retained plus $25 per person. Pets are not allowed at this property. If a pet is found on the property, a pet fee will be charged, and the booking may be terminated. Parties are prohibited. If the cleaning crew finds that the property has been left excessively dirty, you will be billed for the additional cleaning time at a rate of $50 per hour. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. If feminine products or other products besides toilet paper have been flushed and clog the plumbing system, you will be charged the cost of the plumbing repair. Fires are not allowed on the property, and absolutely no candles may be burned in the house or on the property. If you wish to have an event at the property, permission must be obtained, and an event fee will be added. Guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the premises for any immoral or unlawful act. Any guest who is found using illegal drugs or allows others to use illegal drugs on the premises will be immediately denied continued occupancy at these premises. Should there be security cameras, guests may not alter, tamper with, or access in any way. Failure to follow this rule will result in charges for the full amount of the damages caused by such failure. Guests must be a minimum of 25 years or older to sign the booking agreement and be responsible for all guests in the party. Guests must digitally sign the booking agreement prior to check-in.
