Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Parties, events, or social gatherings of any size are not allowed at any time of the day. Our external security cameras can monitor occupancy, and a violation of these rules can result in the cancellation of the remainder of your stay without any refund and an additional penalty of up to $500. Pets must be leashed when not inside or in the fenced-in backyard. You must pick up after your pet, or a penalty of $75 per incident will be incurred. Unauthorized pets will incur a penalty of $250 per pet and possible cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without a refund. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, a $250 penalty will be charged. Check-in time is 4 PM and checkout time is 11 AM. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes. A rental agreement must be signed and a legal ID must be provided prior to check-in. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property, and a violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250.
