I love animals, am all gender preference friendly, allow pets ($300 deposit for pets) & can even board up to two of your horses (rate negotiable). I have rented my basement and boarded horses for over 30 years (am grandfathered in) and can provide references for both, upon request. Wonderful friendly, established, inclusive neighborhood with lots of young children and a mix of older retired people too.
