The home is equipped for a maximum of 16 people, and no unapproved/unchecked guests may stay overnight. Smoking or vaping inside is prohibited and incurs a $500 cleaning fee; smoking and vaping are allowed only on the patio. Unauthorized pets will incur a $300 fee per pet. Check-out time is 11:00 AM, with a $75 per hour fee for late check-out starting after 11:30 AM. Unauthorized parties will be stopped immediately, the reservation will be cancelled with no refund, and a $300 unauthorized party fee will be charged.
