Unwind and enjoy the private outdoor patio. There is a fee of $10 per guest after 6 guests. Step outside to enjoy a resort-style pool, hot tub, fire pit lounge, 24/7 gym, outdoor games, a playground, and a dog park. Quiet hours start at 10 pm on weeknights and 11 pm on weekends, ending at 7 am. No parties or large noisy social gatherings are allowed, and groups that are deceitful about the use of the house will be charged a $500 surcharge and asked to vacate the property immediately without a refund.
