Three bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and a hair dryer. For indoor fun, enjoy a pool table and a game room. Enjoy a private pool and backyard fire pit, perfect for summer days. A BBQ grill with utensils is available for outdoor dining, and free on-site parking is provided. For pool heat, it must be requested in writing a week prior to check-in and incurs a fee of $50 per day of usage. Additional fees may apply if a week's notice is not given. One house-trained dog is allowed with prior written notification and approval, subject to a pet fee and up to a $150 security deposit. Events are not allowed. This is a self-catering home with self check-in and check-out. Guests are asked to wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors. Trash should be taken out and disposed of properly upon departure. Damages should be reported immediately. Fireworks and firearms are not allowed on the property. Additional guidelines are posted within the home. Pool floats are no longer provided. Guests are welcome to bring their own if desired.
