Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. No pets and no parties are allowed, with violations potentially resulting in immediate termination of the stay. An exterior camera is installed to monitor the cleaning team for quality and security purposes. Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property. A guest verification process is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation, including signing a rental agreement, providing a valid ID and matching credit card, and paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver covers accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to check-out.
