Enjoy meals in the dining areas, or step outside to the patio. For fun, there's a game room and a Harry Potter media area. A complimentary washer and dryer are provided for your convenience. Optional pool heating is available for an additional fee. Free access to the community's water park and clubhouse is included. The driveway can fit up to three vehicles parked side by side. Ideally located, this home offers quick access to Orlando's top attractions. Disney World is just 20–25 minutes away, SeaWorld is a 30-minute drive, and Universal Studios is only 35 minutes away. The Windsor at Westside community is a short stroll from the clubhouse and offers world-class resort amenities, including a pool, lazy river, water slides, splash pool, hot tub, volleyball and basketball courts, and BBQ areas. The area also provides plenty of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or on the property. Late check-outs not approved in writing will be fined up to $300. Please respect the checkout time of 10 AM. The number of vehicles on the property should not exceed two per reservation, with up to one car allowed to park in the designated area. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors. Be considerate of neighbors and keep excessive noise to a minimum during quiet hours. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure; failure to follow this rule can result in fines up to $300. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any house rules. The pool gets serviced weekly. During inclement weather, using the pool is not advised. After it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool. As a self-catering home, supplies are not restocked during your stay. Each bathroom includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and a single roll of toilet paper. The laundry room provides detergent pods for up to two loads, and the kitchen includes a paper towel roll, a few trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge. A coffee maker is provided, though coffee is not. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available for use. For your safety and privacy, a Ring camera is installed by the front door. [SI]
