The house is situated in a peaceful neighborhood, so noise levels and guest numbers must be respected. If you're looking for a more lively or party-focused weekend, this may not be the best fit for your group. The owner’s suite is not accessible to guests and the backyard space is shared with the neighbors and is not fenced in. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Renters must be at least 21 years of age and guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. Pets are not permitted and no smoking is allowed on the property at any time. There will be an additional cleaning fee of up to $500 for violations of the house rules or for excessive cleaning required. Reliable high-speed Wi-Fi and multiple workspaces make this home ideal for remote work. A laptop computer is not included.
