The home is fitted with beautiful hardwood floors throughout, There are 3 bedrooms in the basement, all of which have egress windows and closets. There is a second full bathroom in the basement, as well as a large laundry/utility room. There is an installed radon system, central heating and cooling, and a 2-car garage. Only a short distance to Observatory Park and University of Denver! Easy access to I-25 / Light Rail and just a short drive to downtown Denver and Tech Center, with a variety of shops and eateries nearby in the area.
